Global technology company, Vivo stamped its mark in the Kenyan market on November 7 by launching its regional offices in Nairobi.
The technology firm also unveiled the new V17 Pro smartphone in the Kenyan market.
The new V17 pro houses a total of six cameras on the front and back that allow users to redefine their selfies with the industry’s first 32mp dual pop-up front camera.
The phone has been upgraded to include stunning makeover features created to compliment the lifestyle of today’s young and stylish consumers.
Speaking during the event that was attended by senior government and private sector players in the telecommunications sector, Vivo Kenya CEO, Arthur Xian said the creation of V17 pro is a showcase of the firm’s strong consumer-centric innovation approach.
The guest of honor at the launch event, Communications Authority of Kenya Director of Licensing, Compliance and Standards, Matano Ndaro commended the firm and encouraged investors to tap into the investment opportunities available in the country especially in the ICT sector.
