Safaricom has launched its Christmas campaign, Sambaza Furaha, aimed at promoting joy and blessings, enhancing customer engagement and experience.
Throughout the nation, the campaign will feature wonderful surprises with presents like airtime and exclusive deals. Celebrating 20 years of changing lives, the Safaricom Foundation will reach out to different communities throughout the nation by delivering food hampers and care packages to hospitals, visiting children’s homes, and organizing lunch drives aimed at impoverished families.
As part of the campaign, Safaricom will also treat clients to gamified experiences. By allowing them to redeem their Bonga Points and spin a wheel on the Safaricom website, customers may win incredible rewards like discounts, data, airtime, and more. This interactive strategy emphasizes the joyful concept of sharing during the holiday season while also increasing client interaction.
“This festive season, we want to spread joy, and kindness with others through various special delights for our customers and encourage everyone to join in the spirit of sharing. Our ‘Sambaza Furaha’ campaign is more than just offers; it’s about coming together as a community, spreading the Christmas cheer and making a difference in the lives of those around us,” said Peter Ndegwa, Safaricom’s CEO.
The promotion increases the benefits by offering a 1:1 Bonga Point redemption ratio for phone and data requirements. A customized and satisfying experience that embodies the spirit of the season can be created by redeeming 60 bonga points for 60 minutes that are good for two hours or 250 bonga points for 250MBs that are valid until midnight.
Customers seeking for home internet can get 4G Wi-Fi routers for KES 2,999 instead of KES 6,999, a discounted price.
Other key features of the campaign will include;
