Kenya Power has resumed the generation of tokens after hours of a technical hitch.
The power utility said its prepaid and postpaid customers that undelivered tokens will be sent to respective customers within an hour.
“We wish to inform our pre-paid and post paid customers that we have resumed critical business operations,” said Kenya Power.
Kenya Power had earlier announced a delay in prepaid token generation and postpaid bill payment due to a technical hitch they had experienced.
“We would like to inform our customers that we are experiencing a technical hitch which is affecting prepaid token generation and postpaid bill payment,” they said.
