
Professor Bitange Ndemo is among the list of new ambassadors President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed to represent Kenya in respective countries and global agencies.
Prof. Richard Bosire was appointed Ambassador/Permanent Representative to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) while Maj. Gen (Rtd) Charles Gituai was appointed Ambassador/Permanent Representative to IGAD.
The President further appointed an Ambassador and a Special Envoy for Maritime and blue Economy and further promoted six senior Foreign Service Officers to the rank of ambassador.
