UBA Kenya Appoints Mary Muli its CEO

UBA Kenya has appointed Mary Mulili as its Chief Executive Officer, effective January 19, 2024, pending regulatory approval.

If approved, Mulili will make history as the first female MD/CEO of UBA Kenya.

Mulili, a seasoned professional in the finance sector with 15 years of experience  has served as the company’s executive director and has held significant positions at the Bank of Africa and GTBank Kenya, including the role of Head of Corporate Banking.

Mulili expressed her commitment to leveraging UBA Group’s extensive network across 20 African countries and globally in Dubai, UK, US, and France to provide tailored financial solutions for their customers.

UBA Kenya Board Chairman, Alphan Njeru, expressed his gratitude to the outgoing Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Chike Isiuwe, for his contributions to the bank.
