Quickmart Loses Ksh.94 Million in Wells Fargo Heist

Wells Fargo employees made away with Ksh.94 million belonging to retail chain Quickmart in Nairobi.

Following an incident that happened on Monday at 8:30 AM, police have begun a manhunt for the two.

The funds were being transported to Family Bank on Kenyatta Avenue in order to be deposited.

The commander, Daniel Mungai, and the driver, Anthony Nduiki, have been named as the suspected culprits.

A police statement states that the cash was missing and that a car carrying it was discovered “dumped at Dafam area South C, next to the southern bypass, without the suspects.”
