President William Ruto is set to address the nation following his decision to return the controversial Finance Bill, 2024 to the National Assembly.
The address by the President is set to happen at 4:00 PM East African Time (E.A.T).
In what is seen as a confusion, his deputy, Rigathi Gachagua will also address the nation at 5:30 PM E.A.T. in Mombasa.
