Businessman Francis Mburu sues government, demands Ksh36 bn Ruaraka land compensation

Nairobi businessman Francis Mburu has filed a fresh suit demanding Ksh.36 billion for Ruaraka land compensation claiming that the state took it from him. Through his companies Afrison Export Import Limited and Huelands Limited, the business tycoon sued the Nairobi City County, National Land Commission (NLC) and the Attorney General. He
