Jubilee Holdings Limited has appointed Ms. Barbara S. Mulwana as a Non-Executive Director, effective February 2, 2026.
Ms. Mulwana is known for her leadership across the manufacturing, industrial, and financial services sectors. She previously served as Chairperson of Jubilee Health Insurance Uganda and has held several senior board positions.
They include both chair and director at leading institutions, including Hima Cement, the Uganda Manufacturers Association, Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, and the Presidential CEO Forum.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, USA.
She is also an alumna of the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Beyond her corporate roles, Ms. Mulwana is active in mentorship and advancing women in leadership across the region.
