Section of Thika-Garissa Highway to remain closed for three months

The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced a three-month closure of a section of Thika-Garissa Highway starting January 19, 2022.

This follows the ongoing construction of a Box Culvert at Kathuluni River, commonly known as Kwa Majini.

According to KeNHA, construction work will begin on January 19, 2022, and is expected to end on April 5, 2022.

Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes and exercise caution around the work area.
