Faulu Microfinance Bank Limited has launched a digital banking app christened Faulu DigiCash App with a target to reach over one million customers.
The App will allow Faulu’s business clientele to access cashless banking from anywhere, anytime, even as the Bank ramps up its strategic focus on technology to drive value and better manage customer relationships.

With over 500,000 customers spread across the country, FauluDigicash digital platform is intended to boost the bank’s presence and reach in the market.

The Bank says it is targeting to reach one million customers within a year as it rolls out its technology strategy which has digitized its entire operations.
Faulu Digicash solution will offer diverse services that include digital loans and credit scoring capabilities, customer relationship management and bancassurance to its widespread customers.
Apart from enabling banking services, the mobile app is expected to deliver a digital-enabled customer experience that unlocks opportunities, investments and time for its growing clientele.
