KeNHA announces 3-day traffic disruption along Nairobi-Nakuru Highway.

A section of the Nairobi-Nakuru highway will partly remain closed over the weekend because of the scheduled demolition of the old toll station at the Gilgil Weighbridge.

According to the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA, “there will be traffic disruption at Gilgil Weighbridge along Nairobi-Naivasha-Nakuru (A8) Highway starting this Saturday at 10.00 pm to Monday July 12, 2021 at 4.00 pm.”

KeNHA has advised motorists to use Njambi Flyover near Soko Mjinga Market as Route 1.

Route 2 will be accessed through Lanet (Nakuru)-Dundori-Ol Joro-Olkalou-Engineer-Njambi-Njambi Flyover.
