Kenyan shilling stable amid slow demand

The Kenyan shilling was stable on Monday supported by inflows from tourism and diaspora remittances amid slow dollar demand from merchant importers, traders said.

By Monday morning, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 100.60/80 per dollar, the same as Friday’s close.
